Qualification required: City & Guilds Diploma in Cervical Cytology or equivalent
Time interval between last update: 3 years or if returning to cervical cytology after an absence exceeding 3 months, undertaking a formal documented in-house assessment programme; if the absence exceeds 6 months, attendance at an external update course will be required.
